Uche Anichebe is a dual-qualified legal practitioner with over 10 years of legal experience. She currently serves as corporate legal counsel for Sobeys Inc., focusing on franchise and general corporate issues, as well as privacy matters. Previously, Uche worked with the Ministry of the Attorney General (Ontario), where she provided legal advice on public sector transactions and advised the Ontario government on corporate and commercial law matters involving non-profits and charities, including those engaged in DEI initiatives.

Uche has a Masters in International Business Law from York University, and a Bachelor of Laws from Nnamdi Azikiwe University. Uche has a strong interest in social justice issues and has a history of advising various charities and non-profits in her practice.
